Specific Technical training
Our technical training sessions are designed to enhance individual skills, address technical deficiencies, and elevate overall game performance throughout the futsal and soccer seasons. Through consistent repetition and targeted exercises, players develop confidence with the ball while learning to maximize different aspects of their abilities.
Our futsal coaches work in close collaboration with the strength & conditioning staff to ensure balanced workloads and effective integration of ball training with physical development.
Strength & Conditioning
Each player completes a physical evaluation before starting the program to assess their current fitness levels and individual needs. A personalized training schedule is developed and followed over a period ranging from 6 to 52 weeks, allowing consistent monitoring, comparison, and improvement of each player’s athletic performance.

Players participate in one-on-one sessions with the strength coach, gaining knowledge and practicing exercises that help prevent injuries while developing a deeper understanding of their bodies, limits, and capabilities.


Periodization
Periodization is the intelligent planning of training over time, designed to maximize physical gains, prevent injuries, and ensure peak performance at the right moments. Without it, the risks of stagnation, overtraining, and injury increase significantly.
A well-structured periodization plan respects individual biological differences, considers the specific demands of each sport, and integrates physical, technical, tactical, and psychological aspects. It’s like building a strong staircase: each step, when properly constructed, leads the athlete to a higher level of performance.
